the seven wonders of the world Taj Mahal is in
northern part of India.
West India covers the world
heritage centers like Ajanta recognised by UNESCO.
Ellora Famous for its monumental caves. Goa is
situated at west coast of India. Mumbai the financial
capital of India is also the capital city of
Maharastra which is one of the important state of West
India.
Assam, Arunachal Pradesh, Orissa,
Jharkhand, Tripura, West Bengal, Sikkim, Bihar comes
under eastern part of India, some of the famous
tourist spots of East India are Darjeeling, Gangtok,
Kolkata, Bodh Gaya. East India offers lots of
adventures sports for the tourist as most of the
region is covered by Himalayas and snow covered
mountains.
